Shipping policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

At SOL AUREON, every order is prepared with care and attention before beginning its journey to you. We offer worldwide delivery through trusted international carriers and aim to provide a secure, efficient, and fully trackable delivery experience.

Please review this policy before placing your order.

1. Worldwide Shipping

SOL AUREON ships to most destinations worldwide.

Shipping availability, delivery options, estimated timeframes, and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Certain destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, local regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Order Preparation

Most products are prepared within 1–3 business days after an order has been successfully confirmed and paid.

Many orders are dispatched within 48 hours. However, preparation times may vary depending on:

  • The product ordered

  • Order quantity

  • Seasonal demand

  • Quality-control requirements

  • Public holidays

  • Exceptional operational circumstances

Estimated preparation information may also be displayed on individual product pages.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Most international orders are delivered within approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to major cities may take as little as two business days, while remote or less accessible destinations may require additional time.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated at checkout.

The total estimated delivery period includes:

  1. Order preparation time

  2. Dispatch and carrier collection

  3. International transportation

  4. Customs clearance, where applicable

  5. Final delivery by the local carrier

4. Express Delivery

Express delivery may be available for selected products and destinations.

For express services, the first working day after carrier collection is normally counted as the first delivery day.

Where an order is dispatched after the carrier’s daily collection deadline, it may be collected on the following business morning.

Selecting express delivery does not shorten the product preparation period unless expressly stated.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international delivery providers, which may include:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • TNT

  • Other reputable regional or international carriers

The carrier used will depend on the destination, parcel size, service availability, and selected delivery method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation with available tracking information.

6. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, a tracking number or tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation.

Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to become active after the parcel has been collected.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and remaining available for delivery.

Delivery updates displayed by the carrier are provided by the carrier and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete.

7. Delivery Address

Your delivery address does not need to match your billing address. Orders may be delivered to a workplace, family member, gift recipient, or another secure address.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Please verify:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Building or apartment number

  • Street address

  • City

  • State, province, or region

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Country

  • Telephone number, where requested

SOL AUREON is not responsible for delays, unsuccessful delivery, loss, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or outdated address supplied by the customer.

8. Address Changes

Address-change requests must be submitted as soon as possible using the Contact Form available in the website menu.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation.

After an order has been dispatched or transferred to the carrier, the delivery address normally cannot be changed.

SOL AUREON is not responsible where an address-change request is received too late to be completed.

9. PO Boxes

Delivery to PO Box addresses may not be available, particularly for orders delivered to the United States or where the selected carrier requires a signature.

We recommend using a residential, workplace, or other physical street address where someone can safely accept the parcel.

Orders submitted with an unsupported PO Box address may be delayed or cancelled.

10. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customs duties and taxes are included for most destinations where this is indicated during checkout.

However, certain international orders may be subject to additional charges imposed by the destination country, including:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Value-added tax

  • Brokerage charges

  • Customs administration fees

  • Local handling charges

Where these charges are not included in the amount paid at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside SOL AUREON’s control.

We cannot predict or guarantee the amount that may be charged. Customers are encouraged to review the customs and import rules of their destination country before ordering.

Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned, abandoned, or destroyed. Any refund available in such circumstances may be reduced by shipping, return, customs, storage, or administration expenses.

11. Remote-Area Delivery

Some remote or less accessible locations may be subject to:

  • Longer delivery times

  • Limited carrier availability

  • Additional remote-area surcharges

Where a carrier applies a remote-area surcharge that was not calculated at checkout, we may contact you before dispatch.

You may be given the option to pay the additional charge, provide an alternative address, or cancel the affected order for an eligible refund.

12. Delivery Attempts

The carrier may require a signature or make a limited number of delivery attempts.

Where nobody is available to accept the parcel, the carrier may:

  • Attempt delivery again

  • Leave collection instructions

  • Deliver the parcel to an authorized collection point

  • Return the parcel to the sender

Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions and collecting parcels within the stated period.

Additional charges may apply where an order must be shipped again because it was unclaimed, refused, or returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts.

13. Refused and Unclaimed Parcels

Where a parcel is refused or remains unclaimed, it may be returned to us.

Any eligible refund may be reduced by reasonable costs associated with:

  • Original shipping

  • Return shipping

  • Customs charges

  • Carrier fees

  • Storage

  • Administration

  • Re-dispatch

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the order was faulty, incorrect, or damaged during delivery.

14. Delivery Delays

Although we work with established delivery providers, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier disruption

  • Transportation strikes

  • Airport or port congestion

  • Government restrictions

  • Security inspections

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Exceptional demand

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with significant delays, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless expressly agreed in writing.

SOL AUREON is not responsible for indirect losses, missed events, travel disruption, or other consequences caused by carrier or customs delays.

We recommend ordering early where a product is intended for a particular occasion.

15. Adverse Weather

Severe weather may affect collection, transportation, and final delivery.

Where possible, carriers may redirect parcels through alternative routes or facilities to reduce disruption.

Customers should review the tracking page and local carrier notices for the most recent delivery information.

16. Transport and Postal Strikes

Transport, postal, customs, or carrier strikes may affect delivery services in certain regions.

Where practical, an alternative carrier or service may be used. However, alternative delivery cannot always be guaranteed.

Delivery to a secure workplace or attended address may help prevent missed deliveries during periods of disruption.

17. Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect the parcel as soon as it arrives.

Where the outer packaging is severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery where reasonably possible and ask the carrier to return it.

Where damage is discovered after opening the parcel:

  1. Do not discard the packaging.

  2. Photograph the outer packaging.

  3. Photograph the internal packaging.

  4. Photograph the shipping label.

  5. Photograph the damaged product clearly.

  6. Submit the Contact Form available in the website menu within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be difficult to approve.

Damaged-delivery claims will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

18. Missing or Lost Parcels

Where an order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional three business days before reporting it.

After this period, submit the Contact Form available in the website menu and include your order number.

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the carrier.

A parcel is not considered officially lost until the carrier completes its investigation or confirms the loss.

Where an order is confirmed as lost, an appropriate resolution may include:

  • A replacement and re-dispatch, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

SOL AUREON is not responsible for orders lost or delivered incorrectly because the customer supplied an inaccurate or incomplete address.

19. Split Shipments

Where an order includes multiple products, the items may occasionally be dispatched separately.

You may receive more than one parcel, tracking number, or delivery date.

Where an order is divided into multiple shipments, you will not normally be charged additional shipping fees unless otherwise agreed.

20. Ownership and Risk

Responsibility for the parcel transfers in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where permitted by law, risk passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the address provided or accepted by a person at that address.

Where you authorize a carrier to leave a parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, reception desk, concierge, or another location, responsibility may pass once the parcel is delivered according to those instructions.

21. Contacting Us

For questions about preparation, shipping, tracking, delivery delays, damaged parcels, or missing orders, please use the Contact Form available in the website menu.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • The delivery address

  • A description of the issue

  • Relevant photographs or tracking details

Providing complete information will allow your request to be reviewed more efficiently.

22. Policy Updates

SOL AUREON may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy to reflect changes in delivery services, destinations, carrier requirements, customs rules, or business operations.

The version published on www.solaureon.com at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, except where changes are required by law.
